Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities include providing thoughtful care to residents based on personalized Plane of Care, monitoring and tracking changes in the residents' conditions and needs, and proactively updating the appropriate contacts regarding the residents' plane of care, health changes, and concerns.
Requirements
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
Familiarity with medical software and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must have a current LPN or RN license
