Process Technician / 2nd Shift Supervisor
Chenango Valley Technologies (CVT) is hiring an experienced Process Technician / 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee production on our afternoon shift.
Job Overview This role is responsible for supervising all production activities on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate has hands‑on injection molding processing experience and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Supervise machine operators, floor support, and quality personnel
Ensure the shift operates safely, efficiently, and productively
Troubleshoot molding processes and make real‑time adjustments
Perform mold changes and set up workstations per the production schedule
Plan and manage employee breaks
Track and report daily production
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Proven experience processing injection molding machines
Strong mechanical aptitude
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
