This is a full-time Controller role based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including managing budgets, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting financial planning. The role involves close coordination with the CFO and executive team to provide insights for decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization. Qualifications
Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis Proficiency in accounting principles, auditing, and compliance standards Strong skills in financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management Experience with accounting software and systems, as well as data management Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail in managing financial operations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills CPA or equivalent certification preferred Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial technology industry is a plus Public reporting experience Seniority level
