Qualifications
Computer literacy
Prior experience in a medical office and/or familiarity with medical terms preferred but not required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Driver's license in good standing required.
Ability to safely handle children in crisis situations with compassion.
Willing to intervene in instances of extreme behavior.

Schedule: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $21.10 per hour ($22.25 per hour with CNA certification)
Key Responsibilities
Transport individuals to medical, psychiatric and dental appointments.
Complete all pre and post appointment paperwork.
Coordinate appointment transport and follow-up with Adult Services nursing staff, residential supervisors and community medical professionals.
Document data and pertinent information from appointments into Therapy.
Transport and/or administer medications in accordance to MAP’s regulations as needed.
Attend Adult Services nursing team meetings.
Meet on a regular basis with the Adult Services Nursing Manager.
