The average rate for this position is $32.00 per hour.

The position of the Crisis Licensed Therapist I is to provide clinical support and oversight to all persons served and team members in the Crisis Services Department. This role incorporates the educational expertise of a master‑licensed professional into the core curriculums and proceedings of each program in the Crisis Services Department to further ensure the agency’s commitment to excellent trauma‑informed service and adherence to our WE CARE values.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in a Social, Behavioral, and/or Human Science field.
Minimum three (3) years of experience preferred in a behavioral health/substance‑use/disability services area.
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
Required: Two (2) years relevant experience in a behavioral health/substance‑use/disability services area.
Required: Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Fully licensed as an LPC or LCSW with a clear license.
