Emergency Radiologist (M67871) Department of Radiology – VCU Health – Richmond, VA

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality subspecialized imaging interpretations for a busy Level 1 Trauma Center and ED. Interpret conventional radiographs, CT, occasional US and MR with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

On‑site or hybrid positions available; remote work arrangements from Florida and North Carolina permitted for all shifts (8 am‑5 pm; 4 pm‑12 am; 12 am‑8 am).

Provide training to medical students, residents and fellows who rotate through the Department of Radiology.

Qualifications

ABR certified or have passed the Core Component of the ABR Board Examination.

Fellowship trained or have experience in Emergency Radiology or General Radiology (a completed fellowship in Neuroradiology, MSK, Cardiothoracic Imaging, or Abdominal Imaging also acceptable).

Current license to practice medicine in Virginia or ability to qualify for licensure; out‑of‑state license where remote practice will occur.

Eligible for permanent employment in the USA.

Demonstrated ability to work in an environment of respect, professionalism and civility.
