Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Yukon, OK
A K-12 school in Yukon, OK is seeking qualified Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLP-CCCs, SLP-CFs) and Speech‑Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for an onsite contract position. This role offers a full contract through the end of the school year, starting February 1, based onsite with direct support to students.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy sessions aligned with student goals to improve communication skills.
Collaborate with educational staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies.
Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Valid certification or licensure appropriate to the position (SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA certification).
Experience in school‑based speech‑language pathology preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, educational environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.
Location: Yukon, OK (on-site)
