Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans for residents.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate care.
Document patient progress, reassess goals, and modify interventions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
Florida OT license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, equipment, and assessment tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice.
Preferred: Experience with Medicare/third‑party reimbursement and Net Health.
