Summary
Army Non‑Appropriated Funds (NAF) Human Resources Officer – recruitment and staffing support. Positions available at multiple Army installations nationwide. This role is full‑time and permanent.
Duties
Performs a wide variety of technical support, focused primarily in the areas of recruitment and staffing.
Extends job offers, conducts pre‑employment screenings and assists selectees during pre‑employment processes.
Uses automated systems to track requests for personnel actions and continually updates status of assigned personnel actions.
Coordinates entrance on duty dates once pre‑employment requirements are met, prepares new hire paperwork and provides new employee orientation briefings.
Requirements
Minimum six (6) months of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience (NF‑02) or six (6) months of human resources recruiting experience (NF‑03).
Experience utilizing an automated recruitment and staffing system (e.g., USA Staffing, Avue, PeopleSoft). Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
Valid Security Clearance not required; drug test required.
Full‑time commitment with occasional travel.
Resume must be two pages or less; PDF format recommended.
Education No specific education requirement; related experience will be considered.
