Representing a dynamic and growing financial services firm, we are proud to be leading the search for an Assistant Vice President (or Senior Associate) of Talent Management. This role will lead the design and execution of high-impact talent development programs across the organization.

This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence culture, build scalable programs, and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

Designing, executing, and evaluating firm‑wide learning and development initiatives, including executive coaching, leadership development, and career pathing

Providing individual coaching, team‑specific training, and career planning support

Using data and employee feedback to assess training needs and evolve development programs

Leading the evaluation and refinement of competency models aligned to role‑specific development

Developing and implementing talent advisory strategies such as 360 reviews and high‑potential coaching

Partnering with senior leaders to enhance leadership and manager effectiveness through targeted development programs

Managing relationships with external talent development partners to ensure high‑quality delivery

Creating and presenting ROI reporting and analytics on talent initiatives to senior leadership

Supporting ad‑hoc human capital projects and broader HR initiatives as needed

Qualifications & Experience

Talent development professional with 3 to 8 years of progressive HR or learning and development experience

Background in financial services or experience working with highly analytical populations

Strong foundation in training, performance management, and leadership development

Confident communicator with excellent presentation and writing skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders

Skilled project manager with the ability to independently lead initiatives from concept to execution

Data‑driven thinker with strong analytical skills and comfort using metrics to inform strategy

Team‑oriented, self‑motivated individual with a hands‑on approach and high attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR or Organizational Behavior preferred
