About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President (or Senior Associate) of Talent Management to spearhead the design and execution of impactful talent development programs. This pivotal role is key to influencing the organization's culture, building scalable programs, and driving performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, including the design, execution, and evaluation of firm-wide learning and development initiatives, providing individual and team-specific coaching, and using data and feedback to assess and evolve training programs. Additionally, the role involves leading the refinement of competency models, developing talent advisory strategies, and partnering with senior leaders to enhance leadership and manager effectiveness.

Applicants for this role at The Company should be talent development professionals with 3 to 8 years' of progressive HR or learning and development experience, preferably with a background in financial services or experience working with highly analytical populations. The role requires a strong foundation in training, performance management, and leadership development, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills. A skilled project manager with a data-driven, analytical approach, and a team-oriented, self-motivated individual with a hands-on approach and high attention to detail will thrive in this position. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree in HR or Organizational Behavior being preferred.
