We are recruiting for an
Associate Attorney
for our client, a well-established law firm based in Roseland, NJ, serving both government and private sector clients. The firm specializes in public finance, redevelopment, land use, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. With a strong reputation in municipal law, they offer attorneys the opportunity to work on high-level cases in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and an interest in municipal and government-related matters. The salary range for the position is
$115,000 - $150,000 per year
DOE.
Responsibilities of the Associate Attorney position:
Drafting legal documents, including resolutions and contracts.
Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda.
Attending meetings and providing legal guidance to clients.
Assisting with various government and public sector legal matters.
Requirements for the Associate Attorney position:
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (required).
1+ year of legal experience.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
