Job Details We are seeking a motivated Land Use Attorney to support and grow our Real Estate, Land Use & Redevelopment practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working with municipal processes and land use approvals and will be comfortable managing matters from application through resolution.
Responsibilities
Represent clients before planning boards, zoning boards, and municipal governing bodies.
Prepare and prosecute applications for site plans, subdivisions, variances, and redevelopment approvals.
Draft and review ordinances, resolutions, development agreements, and related land use documents.
Advise clients on zoning, redevelopment law, MLUL, and municipal regulations.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, applications, and correspondence.Attend public hearings, meetings, and client conferences.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active New Jersey Bar admission.
Experience in land use, zoning, planning, or redevelopment law.
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
