What will I be doing? The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the spa and its services, including personal‑care treatments, fitness areas, and outdoor recreation facilities.
Oversee member and guest relations.
Promote and sell memberships and spa services.
Supervise member accounts and billing processes.
Formulate and monitor budget, expenditures, and revenue forecasts.
Perform subordinate staff duties as needed.
Complete all required training and compliance courses.
Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the spa services field.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the spa services field.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to interpret and create policies, procedures, and manuals.
Excellent customer‑service skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Cash‑handling skills: counting currency and making accurate change.
Basic math skills.
Adaptability to shift between tasks within established timeframes.
