They manage the full project lifecycle — from design and construction through to service and maintenance — supporting essential environments like healthcare, education, and commercial facilities.
We’re seeking a
Sr Project Manager – Mechanical
who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading diverse project teams, and takes ownership of every phase—from planning and coordination through on‑site execution and closeout.
Salary:
Up to $140K + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects within established budgets, providing regular status updates and end‑of‑contract cost analyses.
Lead pre‑construction planning meetings, document key actions, and manage project schedules in alignment with overall program timelines.
Oversee subcontractor agreements and equipment procurement to meet budget and schedule objectives.
Review reports to assess project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to maintain consistent project cash flow.
Manage and resolve conflicts among clients, vendors, and trade partners with professionalism and efficiency.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, perform inspections, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
Identify and drive process improvements to strengthen project delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in
commercial
mechanical project management, preferably with travel‑based or multi‑site project exposure.
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities across various project locations.
