Other compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They maintain and organize Hobbies & Home Improvement displays, ensure proper order, and may be asked to perform paint mixing and fabric cutting.
