What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide consultative advice to customers and manage a portfolio of new clients to enhance performance
Train new customers on bank products and technology platforms
Monitor customer spending and behaviors to ensure ongoing management and optimization
Collaborate with various departments to address client assistance issues
Develop strategic client plans and maintain an organized pipeline within the client management platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Seven to ten years of experience in client support, relationship management, or sales
Proven ability to meet performance and revenue goals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Well-developed written communication and verbal presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in sales or a strong interest in pursuing a sales role
Knowledge of credit card or commercial card products and services
Experience in business development and relationship management
Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals and groups across the organization
