Provide consultative advice to customers and optimize client performance through strategic portfolio management

What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Seven to ten years of client support, relationship management, or sales experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written communication and verbal presentation skills
Ability to meet performance and revenue goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales role or a strong desire to transition into sales
Knowledge of credit card or commercial card products and services
Broad understanding of bank products and services for relationship expansion
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups and vendors within the organization
