We are looking for an

On Call Residential Care Associate I

to join our team in the Lane County region, including Eugene, Springfield, and Junction City, Oregon. The On Call Residential Care Associate I will provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients, support development of daily living skills, assist with meal preparation and purchasing, pass medications under RN guidance, transport clients, and maintain documentation productivity standards. Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care services and support daily living skills to clients. Assist with meal preparation, clean‑up, and food purchasing. Pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed. Transport clients to and from the program as necessary. Maintain compliance with productivity and documentation standards. Attend minimum of one staff meeting per month and clinical supervision if a QMHA. Respond to facility coverage requests within 2 hours of initial call. Work Schedule

Days/Hours will vary and may include holidays, weekends & night shifts. On Call staff must work a minimum of 32 shift hours per month. Compensation

$20.60 - $21.86 per hour DOE/Credentials. An additional $3.00 per hour night shift differential will apply during 10:00pm - 6:00am. A 5% Language Differential is offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired). Qualifications

Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred. A dedication to the wellbeing of each resident and helping them complete activities of daily living (ADL's) and independent activities of daily living (IADLs). Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record; ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. Physical Demands

This position requires frequent talk, listen, use hands and fingers, reach, stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. Occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, perform crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings, and transfer clients. About Us
