Job Summary Clemson University Athletics is looking for an Assistant Director of Football Creative Media to fulfill the following duties:
Produces video, photo and other creative content for the football program to enhance the program's brand, recruit prospective student‑athletes, and vividly communicate to the program's many constituents.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Duties
40% – Essential – Content Production : Produces creative content for the football program with an emphasis on video and photo. Assists with all creative production for recruiting events, practices, workouts, football games, etc. Assists with internal content creation for the football program to ensure the philosophy of the program is highlighted in an exciting and impactful way.
20% – Essential – Collaboration and Strategic Direction : Collaborates with Recruiting Department, Director of Football Creative Media and Creative Solutions department to set strategic vision and content plans for the football program. Brings new ideas to the group aimed at highlighting the brand and culture of Clemson Football and engages student‑athletes with opportunities to participate in brand building content.
20% – Essential – Head Coach Requests : Produces video content at the request of the head coach and travels to the head coach's events and appearances as requested. Works with the head coach to create team messaging, goodwill messaging and special projects.
10% – Essential – Recruiting Coordination : Serves as an integral part of the football staff relative to the recruitment of prospective student‑athletes. Works closely with coaches to understand and help develop their strategy for recruiting individual prospects.
10% – Essential – Innovation Research & Analytics : Researches and develops innovative techniques related to video production to ensure cutting‑edge practices for the football program. Assesses impact and effectiveness of internal and external creative projects.
Minimum Requirements
Education
– Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience
– 2+ Years
Additional Eligibility
Job Knowledge : Comprehensive knowledge of theories and practices and ability to use them in complex, difficult, and/or unprecedented situations.
Supervisory Responsibilities : Acts as Lead by guiding the work of others who perform essentially the same work.
Budgetary Responsibilities : No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.

Compensation Information Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
