Requirements
Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald's standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth handoff.
May be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping assigned departments reach their goals.
As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald's environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to serve as manager in our corporate‑owned restaurants.
