Salary:
$18 per hour for Shift Managers with previous McDonald's Management Experience and Opening and/or Closing availability.
$17 per hour for Shift Managers with previous McDonald's Management Experience and limited availability.

Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
Plan shifts, monitor performance, take action to meet standards, monitor safety, security and profitability, communicate with next Shift Manager.
Help departments meet goals and meet targets during shifts.
As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For

Training
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
