Responsibilities
Support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities.
Coach, give direction, and potentially provide training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing for the team.
Lead guest registration process and communicate hotel services and promotions.
Process forms of payment, handle payment‑related procedures, and respond to guest inquiries.
Ensure high level of exceptional performance in a demanding environment.
Shift & Hours Flexible schedule primarily mid and evening shifts. Weekends required. Holiday requests are considered with respect to business needs and seniority.
Pay & Benefits Hourly wage range $25.00 - $27.00 per hour. Service charge payout $300-$500 per week (subject to business levels).

Front Office Host experience preferably in a boutique or luxury setting.
Opera and Opera Cloud experience preferred.
