Shift B (3pm to 11:30pm)

Pay $25-28/hour. There is also a 10% differential for B shiftt.

Scope of The Role This is a higher-level QC position that involves the use and programming of CMM equipment using PC-DMIS. Other functions include:

The use of standard measuring equipment i.e. micrometers, verniers, etc.

Reading of blueprints

Use of comparators

Experience with SPC, ISO9002, and other quality standards/techniques

Review proposals and institute quality plans for WIP jobs

Help reduce scrap through accurate First-Off inspections

Interface with customers for inspection techniques, quality issues, and reporting

Oversee all operations when AFM is absent

Your Abilities and Background

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum four years experience in QC work

Must have knowledge of CMM operation and programming in PC-DMIS
