Qualifications
1-3 years of retail management experience
High school graduate or equivalent
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be driven by metrics
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, holidays, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Experience utilizing retail technology
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams through coaching and mentoring
Willingness to travel as required
