Adapt For Life is seeking a highly motivated operational leader to oversee our Jeffersonville clinic. The role is full‑time, salaried and offers competitive pay, bonus opportunity, PTO and full health insurance benefits.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to complete 90‑Day/annual performance reviews of RBTs.
Open the clinic at 8 am, Monday through Friday.
Recruit and onboard RBTs and BCBAs to meet current client and referral needs.
Conduct new RBT orientation and coordinate training.
Effectively market and attend community events as needed.
Schedule RBTs in Rethink based on client schedules.
Ensure all clients have up‑to‑date documentation (diagnostic reports, intake paperwork).
Maintain referral tracking and weekly communication with families awaiting services.
Monitor expenses and budgets for the office.
Submit payroll for all AFL employees.
Submit prior authorizations for treatment to various funding sources (private insurance, Medicaid).
Maintain staff expirations: car insurance, CPR/First Aid, 90‑day/annual evaluations, driver’s license, CPI, annual acknowledgements, background checks, medication administration training, TB certification, RBT certification.
Ensure staff compliance with company policies and provide corrective feedback as needed.
Assist with the client intake process.
Maintain timely billing for the clinic.
Conduct weekly walkthroughs to check for cleanliness, fire code compliance, repairs, and coordinate upkeep.
Assist staff with weekly cleaning duties.
Run drills (fire, tornado, etc.) in compliance with fire codes.
Ensure proper staffing of clinicians during operating hours.
Complete monthly supply orders.
Check mail daily.
May be asked to complete RBT training and bill RBT sessions if needed.

Requirements
Clean criminal background check.
Certified in CPR/First Aid and CPI (or complete training within 60 days of hire).
Available to work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm; flexibility for occasional outside–hours work.
Excellent time‑management, punctuality, and reliability.
Ability to supervise others effectively and professionally, providing constructive feedback.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with private insurance and Medicaid authorizations.
Dedication to the growth and success of Adapt for Life.
RBT certification is preferred.
Management experience preferred.
