Logistics Coordinator
LHH Recruitment is partnering with a small organization near Chandler who is in search of a logistics coordinator to join their team and provide white glove service to their largest client. This job is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully onsite. The logistics coordinator will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, communicating with carriers, and supporting day-to-day logistics operations. This is a fully onsite role with an early start schedule. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, invoices) Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems Support inventory coordination and warehouse operations as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations Qualifications
Previous experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or transportation coordination required. OTL/LTL, Air and Ocean preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working fully onsite, MondayFriday 7:00 AM4:00 PM Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or logistics systems a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented If you are interested and meet the requirements, please apply now!
Pay Details:
