Job Title: Inbound Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time) Hours: 20–30 hours per week (ideal: ~20 hours)
Working Hours: Coverage required between 5:00–6:00am PT through 3:00–4:00pm PT
Location: Remote

Role Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented
Inbound Logistics Coordinator
to support day‑to‑day inbound freight operations and supplier coordination. This role is critical to ensuring inventory moves smoothly from manufacturers and vendors into U.S.-based fulfillment and warehouse locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing logistics workflows across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound shipments from international and domestic suppliers to U.S. warehouses and 3PLs
Track purchase orders, shipment milestones, ETAs, and delivery confirmations
Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely receipt of goods
Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, ASN data, etc.)
Monitor delays, discrepancies, or damages and proactively flag risks with clear recommendations
Maintain accurate logistics trackers and systems (spreadsheets, ERP, WMS, or TMS tools)
Support customs clearance coordination and follow up on holds or exceptions
Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, and Finance to ensure inbound accuracy and visibility
Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives as volume scales
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inbound logistics, supply chain coordination, or freight operations
Hands‑on experience working with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and overseas suppliers
Strong understanding of international shipping processes and documentation
High attention to detail with excellent follow‑through
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable working early hours aligned to Pacific Time
Proficient with Google Sheets / Excel and logistics tracking tools
Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities independently
Nice-to-Have
Experience supporting DTC, CPG, beauty, or e‑commerce brands
Familiarity with U.S. customs processes and HTS classifications
Experience working with ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) or WMS platforms
Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based team in a remote environment

Issues are flagged early with context and proposed solutions
Internal teams have clear, reliable inbound visibility
