Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the management team
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Organize and maintain company documents and records
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Previous experience working from home is a plus
Working Conditions:
