We’re looking for a talented Support Desk Data Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC . This position will support a complex government client and will be responsible for overall reporting and real-time data analytics for a 24x7 Tier II Service Desk. This role works directly with leadership to determine data requirements, design output formats, and validate results for both ad hoc and scheduled reports used internally. Work Location Onsite – Work onsite, five days per week, in downtown Columbia, SC. Clearance Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Required Knowledge and Experience 2–4 years of experience in a technical support position Proficiency in writing T‑SQL queries (simple to complex) against various Microsoft and Data Warehouse databases 1–2 years of experience with relational database queries and transactions, including stored procedures using SQL Server 2019 Demonstrated experience designing, creating, testing, and implementing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Strong quantitative, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills Thorough knowledge of relational database theory and practice Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills ITIL 4 certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library V4) Experience supporting a Service Desk environment, either through reporting or as an analyst Experience with System Center Service Manager (SCSM) Experience with Cireson Portal The Perks of Being on Our Team ApplyLogic offers competitive salaries with a robust Fortune‑500 type benefits package.
