Base pay range $62,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Restaurant Manager – My Neighbor Felix (Centennial, CO) Salary: $62,000 – $75,000 per year Full-Time | On-Site My Neighbor Felix, a vibrant and lively modern Mexican concept, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Centennial leadership team. We are looking for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a high‑energy environment, and is passionate about service excellence and team culture. About The Role As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, driving guest satisfaction, and developing front‑of‑house staff. You will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to execute brand standards, lead by example, and help create memorable guest experiences every shift. This role is ideal for a motivated manager who wants to grow — with opportunity to learn from strong leaders who are committed to developing future AGMs and GMs within the company.
