Salary: $62,000 – $75,000 per year Full-Time | On-Site My Neighbor Felix, a vibrant and lively modern Mexican concept, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Centennial leadership team. We are looking for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is passionate about service excellence and team culture. About the Role As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, driving guest satisfaction, and developing front-of-house staff. You will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to execute brand standards, lead by example, and help create memorable guest experiences every shift. This role is ideal for a motivated manager who wants to grow — with opportunity to learn from strong leaders who are committed to developing future AGMs and GMs within the company. Responsibilities Lead FOH operations with a presence-driven approach and guest-first mindset Support training, coaching, and development of FOH team members Assist with scheduling, labor tracking, and shift leadership Ensure brand standards, service steps, and policies are consistently upheld Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and service expectations Assist with event execution and high-volume peak shifts Help manage inventory, R&M needs, and operational checklists Build positive relationships with guests and the team to create repeat loyalty Qualifications 1+ year of restaurant management experience required (full-service preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments Professional, positive, and hospitality-focused approach Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary Passion for service, teamwork, and growth within hospitality What We Offer Competitive salary: $62,000–$75,000 per year PTO program Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Daily Manager Meal Growth opportunities within Lotus Concepts Management A supportive and energetic work environment About My Neighbor Felix My Neighbor Felix celebrates the flavors, colors, and culture of modern Mexican cuisine.
