Job Title: Phlebotomist II - RoverJob Description
The primary role of a Phlebotomist II is to assist in performing various duties related to specimen collection, troubleshooting, training, and recommending improvements to workflow processes.
Perform blood draws, label specimens, and centrifuge specimens.
Record maintenance data and decontaminate work areas.
Ensure 100% accuracy in test requisitions or computer labels against scripts.
Proficiency in phlebotomy, blood draw, and venipuncture.
Experience in specimen collection and processing.
At least 2-3 years of recent phlebotomy experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Customer service experience.
Capability of handling 30+ patient draws per day.
Phlebotomy certification.
High school diploma or GED.
This position is based at the IOP Account at Comprehensive Internal Medicine, located at 3890 Johns Creek Pkwy #120, Suwanee, GA. Training will be provided at LC PSC, 4275 Johns Creek Pkwy Ste B, Suwanee, GA. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Suwanee, GA.
