Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Full-Time, Direct-Hire Location: Mansfield, MA Salary Range: $80-95k (Depending on Experience) + Bonus We are seeking a
compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist
to join our Client's outpatient team. This position is
ideal for new graduates , offering mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and a supportive environment to develop clinical skills. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises. Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and wellness strategies. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Stay updated on best practices and evidence-based treatments in physical therapy. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. State licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Why Join Us?
