compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist
to join their growing team. This role is
ideal for new graduates
or clinicians early in their careers who are looking for
strong mentorship, ongoing learning, and a supportive environment
to build confidence and clinical expertise. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and long-term wellness strategies Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans Stay current on best practices and evidence-based approaches in physical therapy Preferred Qualifications Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for helping patients achieve functional and long-term recovery goals Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment Why Join This Team?
