What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be a key part of our daily operations, helping customers feel taken care of from the first call to follow-up.
- Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers.
- Schedule and assist with pest control services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and request reviews.
- Process payments and assist with basic accounts receivable tasks.
- Keep customer records accurate and organized.
- Work closely with our service and office teams to keep everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of phone-based customer service experience.
- Experience in home services (pest control, HVAC, lawn care, etc.) is a plus.
- Bilingual English & Spanish strongly preferred.
- Friendly, confident phone presence with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable handling payments and customer questions.
- Organized, reliable, and professional.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
