Help prospective and current customers purchase and schedule our full‑service pest control services. Contact customers to check satisfaction and invite them to review our services. Apply customer payments including A/R and collections support. Qualifications
2+ years of phone‑based customer service experience in a home services company (e.g., pest control, lawn care, HVAC, insulation, carpet cleaning). History of success in a call center environment. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Friendly assertiveness and steady demeanor. Experience applying customer payments, support for A/R and collections. Preferred experience in a pest control or related industry. International Eligibility

Hourly wage $18–$21 plus health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and a retirement savings plan. Benefits
