Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP is seeking a dynamic, motivated ServiceNow Developer to help design and deliver cutting‑edge solutions within ServiceNow that enhance operational efficiency and elevate user experience.
Pay Range Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Core Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Work closely with IT and business partners to plan and implement platform solutions.
Perform platform support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides; provide training to end users and administrators.
Contribute to emerging initiatives, including AI‑driven and agentic platform capabilities.
Leverage deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and application structures.
Prioritize configuration‑first approaches to minimize customization, risk, and technical debt.
UI/UX & Usability Enhancements
Improve usability and overall user experience across the platform.
Workflow & Automation
Implement automation using Flow Designer and Business Rules.
Ensure security and compliance throughout automated processes.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain data integrity using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and CMDB relationship modeling.
Develop smart dashboards and reports based on user needs.
Support data stewardship across key tables and modules.
Integration & Development
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
Build scalable, maintainable, and high‑performing platform solutions.
Requirements
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience (ITSM and Workplace Case Management preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
Proven experience developing and integrating ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
Solid knowledge of data management practices and CMDB modeling.
Experience with agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
Availability to work additional hours as needed.
This position is located in our New York office, and currently has a hybrid work schedule, but that is subject to change.
