Role Description The Controller is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Mansfield, OH, responsible for overseeing financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and enforcing internal controls. The Controller will manage payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. This role involves working closely with leadership to provide financial insights and assist in driving business decisions that support organizational growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
Strong knowledge of General Ledger Accounting, Tax Compliance, and Internal Controls
Proficiency in using Accounting Software and ERP systems
Exceptional Analytical Thinking and Problem‑Solving skills
Leadership abilities with experience managing Accounting or Finance teams
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is highly preferred
Experience in the manufacturing or metal fabrication industry is a plus
