Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Controller based in North Canton, OH. The Controller will oversee financial operations, manage the preparation of financial reports, and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision‑making. The role also involves monitoring compliance with financial regulations and leading accounting processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong accounting skills, including proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Expertise in financial analysis, general ledger, and cost management practices
Knowledge of financial compliance regulations and internal controls
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics, relocation, or storage‑related industry
