Buckeye Power Sales has been providing on site power solutions for businesses, contractors, engineers, municipalities and homeowners since 1947, which makes us the oldest Rehlko (formerly Kohle r) generator distributor in the country. We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous. Our Customer Service Specialist is responsible for:
Directing phone traffic coming into the Parts and Service Departments Assisting customers by phone by providing excellent customer service Entering detailed work orders into the computer system Calling customers with repair quotes Calling customers for equipment pick up after serviced Entering billing of shop jobs/parts orders into computer system Entering and updating work order status’ Scheduling deliveries/pick up of equipment Cross‑training, backing up and supporting parts and service counter activity Identifying problems and providing alternative courses of action Cash drawer reconciliation as needed Buckeye Power Sales offers an inclusive benefit package for our Customer Service Specialist including:

Previous experience working parts/service counter a plus Previous experience with a high volume of inbound calls strongly preferred Frontline customer service experience required Able to work independently Must have a patient and calm demeanor Excellent computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English Good organizational skills and ability to multi‑task required Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens Salary is based on Skills and Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
