Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of the daily business
Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
Walk and navigate facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas, maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal, and debris removal
Qualifications Experience: Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for traveling between work locations and other work‑related tasks (mileage reimbursement available).
