Key Responsibilities
Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Mentor team and Product Owner on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self‑organization.
Identify and resolve blockers impacting team progress.
Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption within the team.
Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders to ensure transparency.
Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Banking domain knowledge is a plus.
