Available Shifts
Nights – 6:00 pm to 6:00 am with Shift Differential!
Pay, Benefits and Perks
$15,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidate!
Night Shift Differential Pay is an additional $2.00 per hour.
Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only).
Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only).
6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday for full‑time employees.
Up to $5,000 per calendar year for tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs of study.
Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift.
401(k) retirement plan with company‑matched contributions after 1 year of employment.

Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing.
Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards.
Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders.
Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications.
Administer medications.
Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents.
Document treatments as required.
Ensure supplies are utilized economically, and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
One year of nursing experience preferred.
Valid LPN license in the state of Missouri.
Valid CPR certification.
Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
Work cooperatively as a member of a team.
Communicate effectively with residents, their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
React decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
Maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
