Days: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Sunday – Tuesday and every other Wednesday. Nights: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.; Thursday – Saturday and every other Wednesday. Pay, Benefits, and Perks

$26 – $30 per hour, depending on experience. $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates. Shift differential pay. Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift. Fun contests and employee appreciation events every month. Essential Functions

Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing. Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards. Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans. Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs. Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders. Assign nursing care to team members according to the resident’s needs and each person’s capabilities and qualifications. Administer medications. Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents. Document treatments as required. Ensure that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is cleaned and maintained in a safe manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing. One year of nursing experience preferred. Valid RN or LPN license for the state of Oklahoma required. Valid CPR certification. Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and at all levels of the organization. Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
