Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Tulare County, is seeking an experienced
Senior Accountant
to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.
Compensation
Opportunity for professional growth within a stable organization

Salary range: $85,000–$100,000 DOE
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Maintain and monitor cost accounting records and inventory accuracy
Collaborate with operations and management to ensure financial data integrity
Assist with audits and compliance reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software systems
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
