Accounting & Payroll Specialist – Kern County
We’re partnering with a well‑established company in Kern County to hire an Accounting & Payroll Specialist to support day‑to‑day accounting functions and payroll processing. Process payroll accurately and on time (hourly and salaried employees) Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and month‑end close Handle payroll tax filings, deductions, and benefit contributions Partner with HR on employee setup, changes, and terminations Respond to payroll and accounting inquiries with professionalism What We’re Looking For
