Cost Accounting Analyst
to its team. This role supports plant operations through detailed cost analysis, reporting, and inventory controls.

What You’ll Do
Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production efficiencies
Support month‑end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain and analyze standard costs, BOMs, and routings
Review inventory transactions, cycle counts, and adjustments
Prepare cost reports and KPI analysis for plant leadership
Partner with operations to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience
Strong understanding of inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
