As a Senior Oracle Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of high-quality code that meets our organization’s standards for time, quality, and cost. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle technologies to maintain existing systems, develop new features, and provide critical support to both our clients and internal teams, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain existing Oracle-based applications and troubleshoot bugs by utilizing SQL and PL/SQL, resolving ad-hoc requests, and supporting enhancements based on business and client needs.

Provide technical support to clients by presenting data and information, resolving tickets, and monitoring client requirements while ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks according to defined quality standards.

Create and enhance documentation for CMMI compliance and client requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational protocols and quality assurance processes.

Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in Oracle technologies, promoting best practices in PL/SQL coding and database management.

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and analyze requirements for development, ensuring clarity and completeness to facilitate effective implementation.

Skill Requirements

Proficient in Oracle database technologies, including SQL and PL/SQL.

Strong understanding of database design and optimization principles.

Familiarity with CMMI documentation standards and processes.

Experience in client interaction and requirement gathering.

Basic knowledge of data modeling and application development methodologies.

Other Requirements

Optional but valuable: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or similar certifications relevant to Oracle database technologies.
