$60,000–$70,000 What You’ll Be Doing
Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate Quality Management System (QMS) in line with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001 Lead internal and external audits, including customer and supplier audits Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Serve as primary contact for customer complaints, corrective actions, and quality issues Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement solutions Mentor and lead Quality Technicians to meet team and organizational goals What You’ll Need to be Considered
Be able to do the job as described Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline Certified IATF 16949 Lead Auditor and VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certification Proficiency with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA quality tools Strong experience with customer-specific requirements and automotive quality standards Ability to lead customer-facing quality initiatives and issue resolution Expertise in root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, corrective/preventive actions)
